★★★★★ Having account already before I made reservation from my new phone number, without creating new account, when I tried after to update phone number in my old account it told that its already reserved , so I can not update old account with new number now, otherwise app is great

★★☆☆☆ У додатку є одна велика проблема. Бронюєш стрижку на час, який тобі підходить. Записуєш собі в календар, на листочок тощо. Перепровіряєш, що у програмі так і пише. А потім тобі дзвонять із GC підтвердити запис, і виявляється, що він зроблений на годину раніше. Повідомляв про цю проблему уже багато разів. Розробники морозяться і відповідають у стилі «сам дурак, це у тебе щось не так, це гугл глючить і т.д.»

★★☆☆☆ Використання Yclients та перехід на Altegio викликає багато запитань. Невже немає аналогів без російського коріння? Вважаю неприйнятним використання додатку, який має російський слід.

★★☆☆☆ Вкотре записуюсь на стрижку через додаток і вкотре мені не приходить код підтвердження, тому доводиться телефонувати напряму. Не розумію, за що платить компанія розробникам додатка

★★☆☆☆ Жахливо працює. Неможливо записатися на прийом. Код приходить на 10 раз. Неможливо вибрати потрібного майстра.
