🔑 Key Features

📞 Caller identification for registered parent numbers

👨‍🎓 Instant access to student details during calls

👪 View parent information linked to students

📋 Follow-up support for admissions, fee collection, and student adoption

🏫 Designed specifically for Gurukul administrative operations

🔐 Secure access for authorized staff users only

♿ Accessibility Service Usage Disclosure

gCaller uses the Android AccessibilityService API strictly to support its core operational functionality.

Why Accessibility permission is required:

• To reliably detect incoming and outgoing call events

• To ensure the app remains active in the background during calls

• To display relevant student and parent information immediately when a call is received

What the Accessibility service does:

• Monitors call state changes (incoming and outgoing calls)

• Helps prevent the app from being stopped by the system while calls are active

What the Accessibility service does NOT do:

❌ Does NOT record calls or audio

❌ Does NOT read screen content unrelated to calls

❌ Does NOT change system settings

❌ Does NOT bypass Android privacy controls or notifications

❌ Does NOT collect personal data without authorization

🔐 User Privacy and Control

• Accessibility permission is requested only with explicit user consent

• Users can disable the Accessibility service at any time from device settings

• The app is intended for internal organizational use only and not for general consumer calling purposes

🎯 Intended Audience

gCaller is designed exclusively for Gurukul administrative and support staff who regularly communicate with parents and require quick access to student-related information during calls.

⚠️ Important Note

gCaller is not an accessibility tool for users with disabilities and does not claim accessibility-related benefits beyond its internal operational use.
