Having read the several reviews we did careful research before embarking into a GCN+ account. Very pleased to report that we have not experienced any of the issues with the app or GCN+ material reported in reviews. Using on mobile or through our Amazon FireStickHD to television, we have experienced faultless performance. This has been positively The Best way to enjoy the wide menu of elite pro cycling events, ad free. Good coverage, commentaries etc. and easy to locate what is available.

Update; Solid service in terms of race coverage and exclusive content but the app itself need LOTs of polish. In light of contractual limitations for major races like the TDF they deserve a break because of pressure from larger corps. Hoping over time they'll be an able to cover races and content from other countries like Japanese Keirin and criterions in the USA, but I imagine there are limits to that at the moment.

Absolutely woeful app and customer service. When I reported a year ago that the app was constantly skipping back when viewing a program, I was told they were aware of the problem and working on it. I'm still having the same issue, and I've been given the exact same brush-off response from support. If it were not the only place one could watch women's racing, there is no chance I would keep paying for such a terrible app, especially when they don't seem to care one bit that it doesn't work.

Inconsistent. Prompted me to watch live racing (Vuelta A Andalusia stage 2) on my phone but when I tried my samsung smart monitor with GCN app install the race wasn't available. Even casting was not possible with the mobile app unable to locate the smart monitor. Not an issue with other app like YouTube.
