The app is easy to use. I think the development team should consider creating an update on the app whereby you can save card details. This would make it easier to top up units. It's outdated to have to put in card details each time one wants to load units.

Whatever you do, stay away from grid control and this app. They provide no support, and allow for anyone to transfer funds you pay with your card, to anyone without your permission and consent. When requesting any support regarding the theft of your funds, all they tell you is that it has been depleted, and you need to add more funds to your wallet. They refuse to respond to any questions. They will steal money. Please help to get this app removed from the store

GCT is robbery, do not move into any property which is in business with them. Absolutely horrible, they charged me for electricity even when electricity was off the whole town. You will regret not taking this advice 🤞🏼

This all is totally horrible, electricity runs faster than you can say Amen! Also, the electricity usage isn't accurate because how is it that my electricity gets used even when in not at home yet the units get depleted, like how?!

Do I really have to punch in my car number every time I make a purchase?.. This to me is ridiculous! Your consumption are also inhumane, they do not make sense at all to how one actually uses the electricity/water.
