The app is working fine on my Google Pixel 4. It has the home page, student electronic badge, access to courses including completed courses and credits. Direct dial link to student counselors. Campus map and more. I like it so far, it hasn't given me any problems otherwise it would be better to reach out to the developers of the app to troubleshoot compatibility issues.

Pretty upset that people stole my student ID and thought they could use this application that my education including my military promissory note there are no words to describe that it's zero tolerance including a military scholarship FDIC rules and regulations are you must have written permission to use anyone else's permit and or identity in which case you do not, and you're held to the highest academic law when it comes to rules and regulations starting with Social Security Administration Act

Crashes all the time, the cameras don't work anymore and when they do work you don't have access to your schedule, and half the time the student ID is unloadable. It stops working every day and says failed to retrieve data and when u refresh nothing happens so then u have to Uninstall and then reinstall and log back in, but it's a 50/50 chance that the app crashes as you're re-logging in. As of right now today I had to Uninstall and reinstall again, and now it won't even let me sign in, smh 😤 🤦 😒

Throughout all my 4 years at GCU, this app has NEVER worked properly for more than a few days. Common issues include: not displaying student ID, randomly signing me out, crashing when I try to sign in, sending me back to the login page after signing in, not showing cameras, and not showing my balance. These issues can only be fixed by completely reinstalling the app. Don't bother using this app for your student ID. It's so unreliable that I only ever use my physical student ID.

As an online student, it is useless to have university app that does not connect to the student portal, email, or my class assignments. Extremely disappointed and will uninstall immediately.
