This software feels like early alpha testing, definitely not ready for production. The reorder calls function does not scroll when the held call is at the upper/lower bounds of the list (as is a basic expectation of such a feature), the spot to grab is too small, the reordering doesn't happen smoothly (no margin/padding), and the call description gets hidden. This is just one feature of many that have critical issues. I would give you tons of feedback, but no option for that. Ridiculous.
