At first, we struggled to use this and ive read lots of others have as well so I was a bit nervous. However, it turned out after contacting the support team that it was an issue with updating on my android phone. Luckily my son has an iphone, and we were able to update it and play. Like all new things, u gotta work out these kinks. All in all this is a great product and so fun to play with my son! And the tech support was fast responding and helpful! What more could u want out of a product!

Pretty decent. After replacing a faulty target from Amazon, I bought three of them, and they seem to work just fine. The range on the Bluetooth isn't the greatest, but once it's set up the games work much better with multiple targets. My only complaint is the previews show alternative multiplayer game modes like capture the base, but even with multiple targets paired it doesn't seem to be available to play, nor anything outside the stock 6 modes. I'm hoping for more multiplayer modes and guns.

Garbage app and system. Portals don't connect, updates take forever, app is trash and features don't work on it.

Can't connect the Gel Blaster Target with the app, all permission allowed, Bluetooth on, Wi-Fi on, GPS on, and the app can't find the target

App doesn't work for me. I can't connect to the portal. It fails while in the middle of updating the portal (v1.11.10 to v2.1.4), where the app stops responding and closes
