App is much better than the old one. However, a big improvement would be if I could set up PayTo, so that frequent customers could avoid credit card fees.

Edit: after force closing and reopening it worked. Won't go past choosing a store location. Clicking on it does nothing. Sad, I was very excited to hear they were delivering here.

At first, it was wholly unclear how to earn points in store. When we finally went to a store where the staff explained to it the app was so abysmally slow that we were still unable to get a code to earn points. Have not had a user experience this bad in quite some time

The app is buggy and won't recognize internet connection. Never had a problem with the older app

I don't believe the old app made customers incur a card payment fee, so this feels like a downgrade. The app works fine, however seems to log me out irregularly, so I have to spend time at the counter trying to log back in (with the addition of requiring OTP to your email). If you're going to: 1. Charge me additional fees 2. Make it hard to stay logged in I'm not sure why I'd review this highly. I can just get the specials from insta, it was never that serious...
