Welcome to the GemIQ (formerly GemHub) App made the GemLightbox and Picup Media family!
The GemIQ (formerly GemHub) App is created to be used with GemLightbox and allows you to capture studio quality images and videos in just one click.
Features and functions:
1. Connect to your GemLightbox Turntable wirelessly via Bluetooth. This will allow you to control the turntable wirelessly.
2. Take studio quality images; tap to focus on your item and control the brightness using our brightness bar. The brightness bar is made for jewelry and helps achieve a complete white background.
3. Capture studio quality videos: Take videos in just one click. We have different modes for 45 degrees, 90 degrees and also 360 degrees. The brightness bar is made for jewelry and helps achieve a complete white background.
4. A built in gallery separate from your native smartphone gallery. The GemIQ gallery allows you to keep all images and videos in one place. Simply select the image/video you need and export to anywhere you wish.

One of the worst apps I've literally ever used. Almost impossible just to connect your camera to the actual gem box, Bluetooth signals just won't show up. On a random day when it does decide to work none of the settings will load, so you just have a blown out image that you can't adjust, and one day those might decide to appear but your camera settings will just decide not to sync with the app so your image will never be in focus, or will be stuck in the wrong focus mode. Unusable.

Not Usable App Keeps on Crashing we cannot use the same email login in any other phones. Only possible to sign into 2 phones in one year that's lame. We pay above $2000 for this and we don't get cloud like features

Upgrade to pro about 2 weeks a go, and it's not good and after updating the app I can't use my old box either 😡😡
