Welcome to the GemIQ (formerly GemHub) App made the GemLightbox and Picup Media family!
The GemIQ (formerly GemHub) App is created to be used with GemLightbox and allows you to capture studio quality images and videos in just one click.
Features and functions:
1. Connect to your GemLightbox Turntable wirelessly via Bluetooth. This will allow you to control the turntable wirelessly.
2. Take studio quality images; tap to focus on your item and control the brightness using our brightness bar. The brightness bar is made for jewelry and helps achieve a complete white background.
3. Capture studio quality videos: Take videos in just one click. We have different modes for 45 degrees, 90 degrees and also 360 degrees. The brightness bar is made for jewelry and helps achieve a complete white background.
4. A built in gallery separate from your native smartphone gallery. The GemIQ gallery allows you to keep all images and videos in one place. Simply select the image/video you need and export to anywhere you wish.

Used to love this app. They now have a cloud storage option for a fee. Well now all of my videos and pictures are constantly trying to sync with the cloud that is full and there is no way to turn off sync. It's just wasting my battery while I shoot videos and pictures. Also, every time I open the app a notification pops up that my cloud is full and that I should buy more space. It has the option to click "never show this again" but it doesn't work. It still pops up every time. Super pushy.

On Android this app is really, really bad. I use pixel phone and it just can't select the main camera. It flicks between main and ultrawide automatically. Focus is really bad. Image Quality's bad. For iphone 15 it is okay though.

Not Usable App Keeps on Crashing we cannot use the same email login in any other phones. Only possible to sign into 2 phones in one year that's lame. We pay above $2000 for this and we don't get cloud like features
