1. Customer service is actually great 2. Payouts, after you've used them for a week or 2, usually instant, can pay out via crypto right to you digi wallet. 3. they actually are willing and have the ability to advocate with the offer partner if something goes wrong with tracking unlike other apps who tell u to take SS and proof of your progress only to tell you there is nothing they can do haha ** they actually pay the big payouts **

The concept of this app is really cool. In practice however it falls short by miles. There are numerous offer tracking issues- and yes it was tracking on the easy/low payout steps-mainly impacting higher payout steps. If it was just a third party provider causing an issue sure no problem... except it's even offers provided by Gems loot themselves and support is non-existent.

Worst earning app ever. Will never let you cash out. At first the small withdrawal limit might seem good but once you try to withdraw you will see they require kyc which they do not mention beforehand. Only after you completed tasks to go to withdraw then you realize you cannot do that, and they took your free time and task.
