Honestly, I'm so glad the team decided launch an application instead of continuing on the online website. It was much harder to always log in, resolve the lagging and log in again. For me, it wasn't very convenient. With the new application, I had only logged in once, it's convenient to use, has a good response time and moreover it doesn't buffer like the website. Thank you!
