Description
Keys, welcome to the Genies Alpha! The very first build of our mobile app bridging the gap between The Warehouse and your Genie!
As mentioned in our Discord post, much of our attention this year has been on backend infrastructure and scaling our systems to be able to manage a marketplace for millions. Development of the app such as exporting & portability, avatar quality & technology, and more of the beautiful front end features will come later next year.
Our big focus with this build is wearables. We’re looking to test and see if the wearables purchased on The Warehouse, find themselves safely in your closet.
As it is early - quite literally our ALPHA build of The Warehouse & app - you can expect to encounter bugs, imperfections, and missing features...but that will all change over time. Part of the fun of being able to play with things early, is that you have the chance to help build a better experience for everyone as we move towards our full launch later next year.

This app sucks. It runs so slow, it won't even let me scroll through the hairstyles when customizing my avatar. I'm a female and the first set of hairstyles it shows is for guys. When I try to scroll to the left, it registers my swiping as tapping so it keeps switching back and forth between the first few hairstyles... Uninstalling.

Wow, this is really bad performing app, not even looking at layout issues, but you can see that is not native app, it is probably some wrapped webview because it is preforming extremely slow. Also, i could not pass signup, it was just stuck loading at creating genie. Hopefully in the future it will be better, but now it is bad.

This app sucks tbh, i literally deleted it before completing the "genie". The options are very limited. Mine wasnt even close to looking like me. The wii characters are more accurate than these... The options you look through look nothing like the actual thing once you've selected it and the sign in at the beginning is weird...you have to enter your # and a password before getting a confirmation code(doesnt work for emails btw) and it is confusing if you're a new user. Also takes forever to load
