Too many problems with the app. I login the first time, go through everything and then close the app. When trying to open the app again, it crashes every time. I've tried uninstalling, restarting my phone, then reinstalling and same problem ensues. I have a Galaxy S20+ so I'm sure it's not the phone. Please fix these bugs!

Unfortunately I cant cancel my subscription, there is no option to resign from the membership of Genius. As it is written I have contacted the Support team, Unfortunately no response back from them!

What a SCAM!!! Anything but well-being! Upon signing up you can expect loads of additional charges and basically a non existent customer service that purposefully uses miscommunication as a way of taking your money. I purchased the App and an additional 683$ was taken off my account along with it due to 'site glitches' they experienced that day. It's been 6 weeks and it's still unresolved. I'm completely disappointed, infact I'm disgusted to see this company stealing from people.

Absolute scam. Tried to cancel and the funds were continued to take out. When I emailed politely to remind that cancellation and refund needed to happen I was blocked without further communication. I am still unable to communicate with them
