This is a great app for faxing stuff if you don't have access to a paper style fax machine or need to send one on the go quickly!

★★★★★ S Benn · Dec 9, 2025

I love using the genius fax and scan comes in very handy.

★★★★☆ Brian Bauer · Feb 1, 2024

I was looking for a fax service for my phone. I don't use faxing very often and was little hesitant because there was no description of the cost on the apps page. And they said that the price was very low. When I logged in I saw the price was 99 cents per page, which I thought was a lot, but realized that was still cheaper than many of the other apps I was looking at. I ended up getting 10 pages at $6.99. I like that the credits don't expire.

★★★★★ Dave Sproles · Sep 19, 2026

Excellent if you rarely need to fax something.....$1 a page......... and I use other Genius apps, so I trusted this app before I used it....

★★☆☆☆ Kathi Wulzer · Sep 9, 2024

I spent $7 for credits and my fax never went through, I ended up having to go into town and pay even more to have it faxed.

My experience with Genius fax was NOT good. I was faxing a death certificate for my Beloved Mother. So, basically the app was dysfunctional, and I never got this important fax through to the company that I was faxing it to. Genius faxed just kept charging me $ to use it, but it never faxed anything for me, and I finally had to go to the library to fax my Mother's dealth certificate. Basically I was charged for services NOT rendered.

★☆☆☆☆ Literate Griffin · Mar 31, 2025

Not free. I was specifically looking for a way to send a FREE fax.

★☆☆☆☆ Tricia Dumbleton · Dec 1, 2024

Not impressed with the fax part. I've been trying to use it for faxes, but even when the number is correct, and I know it's a fax, still tells me no fax connection detected. Think it's busted.
