Genterminal is a fast, native SSH client for Android — built for developers and sysadmins who need a real terminal on the go.

CONNECT
• Full SSH support with password or private-key authentication
• Works great with tmux and long-running sessions
• Function-key bar (Ctrl, Alt, Esc, arrows, Tab) and an expanded key panel for everything your shell needs
• CJK-correct rendering with a bundled monospace font

TRANSFER
• Built-in SFTP browser — upload, download, and preview files

SECURE
• Host passwords, passphrases, and private keys are encrypted in a local vault
• Your vault is unlocked only on-device with a password you choose
• Secrets are end-to-end encrypted before they ever sync

SYNC
• Sign in to keep your hosts, identities, groups, and snippets in sync across your devices
• Sign in with Google or your Genspark account

VPN (OPTIONAL)
• Genterminal includes an optional VPN feature built on Android's VpnService: route your phone's traffic through one of your own saved SSH servers, using it as the exit
• The VPN only runs when you start it yourself, connects only to servers you configure, and shows the standard Android VPN consent dialog before starting
• No traffic is collected, logged, or sent to any third party — your data goes only to your own server

Genterminal runs a foreground service to keep your SSH session alive while connected — so long-running sessions survive the screen turning off.
