I love this app when it's working.🥰 12/2023 I've written emails letting you know that it's not monitoring and I can't listen. I get UNKNOWN ERROR TRY AGAIN LATER. I paid for this. Please fix it and email me back. I just uninstalled and re-installed the app and I won't even open. By the way, the Recorder never did work again

★★☆☆☆ Scam please give me back my money. I spent a lot of money on this app and it doesn't do anything it doesn't work. Scam scam scam scam

★★☆☆☆ Issue started today, if Geology is open, the system says that the battery is overheating and shuts down the phone. Issue only occurs when Geology is open, sat here for 30 minutes without app open and no issues, open app and within 30 seconds phone says "battery overheated, disconnect charger", then shuts down. However, l, I am holding it in my hand, and it's room temperature (72 °F).

★★☆☆☆ Latest software release does not work. App does not start and samsung Phone reports a bug in the app and to reinstall it when bug is fixed
