Beautifully designed and easy to use. A refreshingly friendly banking app. I would give it 5 stars, but some of the menus (e.g. Card functions within account functions) are a bit too nested and not immediately intuitive, leading to a bit of confusion before you've figured it out. Also, the experience of changing apps to sign transactions is a bit clunky, although I understand why that needs to be the case.

Very nicely designed, super user-friendly, the connection with s-identity is reliable so far. Love the personalization possibilities ! I just wish the budgeting widget was free, as it's an essential tool for money management (at least on my side)

This app is excellent. Some recommendations: - push notifications in English - using the budget plugin in the app and not just on PC - Categorize transactions when alerted to them in the notifications without logging in - Categorize authorized transactions. Mostly because when I get the notification, it's still only an authorization, but I would like to categorize them right away

Problem is I changed my phone and ID authenticator was installed on ny previous phone and I can't set it up on new one (28y engineer). Therefore, I needed to keep my previous phone, and sign each transaction one-by-one by sign it on the old phone. Until I have time to get in a Sparkasse to get help in installing ID authenticator on the new phone. I would sell the previous phone, but I can't do that. Please solve the problem by implement it into the George app.

I do not want to be forced to use Google Pay if I want to pay with my Smartphone. Terminating your own mobile payment solution is irresponsible.
