★★★★★ I just leave it at 5 stars because I have never had a problem with the app but since the latest update, I randomly get the problem (most of the time) when opening the app it is just stuck at a loading screen showing a "g", normally it immediately disappeared and scans my face or fingerprint. I use an honor magic 6 pro. I don't need recommendations on how to make a software update. You probably only need to bug fix the new version for my phone. Thank you, I hope you can fix the issue soon. :)

★★☆☆☆ In 3 weeks usage, I witnessed at least 3 technical issues, each effectively blocking the usability of the app. Orders are executed with a delay of 1 to several days, or not at all, or they are the wrong orders, or there is no feedback if executed - leading to uncertainty. After an incident, the displayed explanation info is misleading and wrong too. Information (on prices that change each second) is refreshed around once per 2 days. Pricing is intransparent & complicated. Nowhere close to Latex.

★★☆☆☆ My debit card was expired without any notification and without sending a new card. This put me few times in very difficult positions. This is an unacceptable behavior from such a bank. Now I have been testing another bank which provides same services for free, and I was offered free usage right after the day I sent money to my other bank account. This is definitely a violation against GDPR and will definitely be reported to authorities.

★★☆☆☆ This is the world's worst online banking app. Even the old Esteban app was better, faster, more responsive, better interface. I just tried logging on 4 times and needed to confirm again and again, only for the entire thing to log me out while trying to find out my own credit card details, which is impossible on the app itself and needs a desktop computer. Seriously, delete the software and start over. This is not a happy season if your bank puts such blockers during the Christmas season.

★★☆☆☆ I would give you zero stars as the last berater was and still is the nightmare of a bank, I am not surprised why the 2 good ones I had left the bank. They violate people's rights, they refuse to close accounts when you leave for another bank, and they sabotage the accounts closure just to keep you more and for you to pay another month even if you did everything in time as I had a mandate for the other bank to do it. I made a complaint and if this is not mediated fairly I'll go on trial with this.
