★★★★★ Travel To down to Asda store Lavender Hill to get a dress. I couldn't get at my local old kent Road Then I needed to order Online, which was a nightmare in the store a young ladies Emma on customer service she was excellent and very patient with me. As using apps can be an ordeal for me. I managed to order my dress after 20 min trying to get into my pass word😡

★★☆☆☆ Previously gave a 5-star review, but I'd give Xero if I could now. The app just does not seem to want to work. I checked out, and it didn't acknowledge my order, and now it's asking me to update the app to be able to use it and when I do, it goes back to that message, on a loop. Couldn't seem to view or use any rewards last time for the same reason, stuck on a sign in to view loop. Whatever update has been done recently needs undoing. I literally can't use the app at the moment!

★★☆☆☆ This app does my head in. Every single time, without fail, I try three times to get the bank approval to work, but it goes back to the card details screen. I then have to use my husband's card and get him to approve the payment on his phone, so I don't leave the app and can process the payment. I'm getting to the point where I'm considering uninstalling and never ordering from them again. Problem is I like their clothes and the uniform is affordable and good quality. I've cleared the cache etc.
