This is a great application, and thanks for availing it free to TANESCO power customers. It enables electricity tokens to be retrieved. If a token is not received, the token including cash paid, date and time of payment are displayed. Previous tokens are also displayed. In the initial display the app can ALSO BE USED FOR LAND AND WATER USE PAYMENTS BUT I HAVE NOT EXPLORED THESE parameters Again thanks

It is good if you will be able to make users able to set up debt notification on their parking bills i.e. Car Registration number and the mobile phone number they want to get SMS notification for their parking debts. The app should also allow to add/delete the number and or add multiple numbers which the use wants to receive debit notifications and also get notifications when their parking bill is raised (with details such as time stamp and location of the parking bill & paid in real time.

It always telling me SOMETHING WENT WRONG when I'm trying to pay bills (LUKU)or to view my payment history but previously used to work properly, I don't know what is missing now.!

Hello, I’d like to suggest a feature improvement for the TABASCO app. Kindly make a clear distinction between the previous unpaid debt and the new monthly bill. Sometimes it’s difficult to know which amount is from the past and which is the current usage. Separating them will make it easier for users to understand their bills and manage payments better. Thank you.
