Impossible to set up account. Verification code doesn't work. This should be integrated into the bank app, like CC & PayPal apps. Overly complicated and even if I could get the verification code to work, it would still be an unnecessarily long process to do banking and use perks, in one fell swoop. Will gladly change my rating if perks are integrated into banking app.

Used to be good until the updated the bill pay area. Does not let you easily pay bills or see you monthly bills still pending total amounts like it used to. Very user unfriendly update. Don't understand why you ruined such a nice easy to navigate app for this junk. Everytime I use it I think about changing banks. I have used this bank for over 25 years... so sad.
