By far the best app to listen and speak German. This isn't a flashcard system, but real conversations and videos from Germany and Switzerland so that you can hear genuine German speakers.

For every language (apart from Welsh), this is my favorite by far. It has brought me up to a level in German, Spanish, Italian and some Dutch, that I never thought possible. The Welsh speech recognition will not allow me to say anything, without saying it's wrong (and I'm a Welsh girl wanting to improve what I learned in school). So aside from that, top marks. Bravo 👏 Using the paid version now, as you can move between each language and hear the same conversation spoken many ways. Love it ❤️

Whatever I do, the app doesn't read my recordings correctly. Ich gehe = IKEA and whatever I do however I pronounce it, it's always IKEA. I mean, how hard is it to be able to pronounce "Ich gehe". Really?

I chose German as the language to learn, but the interphase is all in Thai, and there is no way to change to English.
