EXPLORE On this page you can select a destination on the map and view other members around your area. Narrow down search results based on Gender, Age, Interests, and Distance. Find a travel buddy or a friend to find things to do in your own town. Instantly message those around you for a more spontaneous connection. Find friends to go snowboarding, walk the dog, charter a fishing boat, or to show you around a new town like locals do. Connect with people your age to make new friends. Recently retired, away to college, or just moved to a new town? Get Along is a SAFE place to find people and get connected.
ADVENTURE -BROWSE adventures that have been created by other users in your area. Find a group to find things to do like going rafting, playing basketball, Yoga, snowboarding, fishing, floating a river, organize a craft night, an over 50 social gathering, or find a group of volunteers. Whether you’re outdoorsy or prefer to be indoors, you’ll find no shortage of people ready to hangout. -CREATE an adventure activity of your own and invite people to join you on a travel meet up like a vacation, a chartered fishing trip, create a golf team, or anything else that you are interested in doing. The list of fun things to do is only limited by your own desires and imagination. GROUPS Keep track of and view the adventures you have joined and created. You will have the ability to message all members that have joined and are part of the adventure, accept or decline requests that other Get Along members have sent to join your adventure, and upload pictures to completed adventures so others can enjoy.
-OTHER FEATURES- BLOCK USERS- Block members that make you uncomfortable or that violate our policies. No one you have blocked will ever be able to be in the same network as you. UP/DOWN VOTE- Use this feature to inform other members about profiles that do not follow our policies, are inappropriate, or just plain creepy. This is our way and your way of helping to maintain a safe environment for all others. REPORT USERS- This function will allow you to report a user that violates our policies or the law. Any action that you deem to me unsafe or crude by a fellow user can immediately be reported using the App. FEEDBACK- All members are encouraged to provide feedback to help ensure the App is safe, fun, and reliable. NOTIFICATIONS- Get instant notifications of events near you that have been recently created and of messages that have been sent to you by other members. You can't do anything with the app unless you pay for a subscription. Who do you people think you are? Trying to charge people, so they can hang out with people? Way to make money doing absolutely nothing. There are more ways to meet people than your stupid app or the need for another ridiculous subscription.
