★★★★★ Report crimes, damage to streets, and other issues throughout the city
★★★★★ We had a series of deep potholes in our neighborhood haunting both resident and guest parking; no alignment within proximity was safe from the anguish. We were terrorized by the monster for roughly three weeks till a great buddy suggested Get It Done San Diego. By the following day, Get It Done San Diego transformed our strip of nightmare into a buttery smooth surface. What used to look like a shift in tectonic plates was now a neatly patched, flat, and driveable surface. Thank you so much!
★★★★★ San Diego is my birth & my home, changes yes ! Like other states we have and people's complaint I say for every mayor continues on the mayor!!
★★☆☆☆ Reporting through this app makes almost no sense. I reported tons of potholes and faded street signs - all reports were closed as "fixed", but absolutely nothing has been done! They do though address illegal damping and overgrown trees, but this takes ages.
★★☆☆☆ Useless, nothing gets done! Put in problem on traffic light not working and has been closed 5 time and never fixed. Vehicles have to run a red light in order to get through intersection and that's an acceptable risk for the city. I guess it's a great moneymaker for the city to issue traffic tickets, until they are sued for gross negligence! Can't get a resolution here, news media interested in it. And city traffic department gets credit for repairs it never made, phony statistics!
