Will make you sleep and want to clean. It will be verrry dificult to stay awake for this. It starts out with the exact same relaxation she uses in her sleep app. If you believe hypnosis can work when you are fast asleep then maybe. I woke up a little at the end and I'm also not sure about the use of negative language like "you are very disorganized" because it would seem to be suggesting hypnotically that I should be even more disorganized! I also want to "clean my whole house" but still don't have any better idea of how to do it! Update: It still makes me feel groggy and no more "organized" but I was compelled to purge my things. I have hoarding tendencies so its pretty amazing for me how many boxes/bags of things I have donated/sold/thrown out in the past few weeks! Yay!
