As a general contractor, the biggest hurdle for me was how to get new clients when I first started out. When I found Get Assist at first I was skeptical as to whether or not to join, but it has turned out to be one of the smartest business decisions I've made. Lots of jobs and plenty of happy customers all thanks to this app. From start to finish setting up my account went like a breeze, with a great team behind them, success is just a click away. Tim was super helpful in setting up the account, helping me optimize my profile to attract as many potential clients as possible. Par ham was a delight to speak with in terms of setting up my account, payment processing and more. Lastly speaking with Jamie just helped me understand the app in depth and gave me thorough knowledge on how to operate and manage the app! I've been joined on for 2 years now and look forward to many more! I would highly recommend this app to any contractor and users alike

Get assist is the worst platform I have ever dealt with. They only sell subscriptions using fake and misleading promises. Their rep (ROAM) guaranteed me 50 business leads in one year or my money back. After paying for a full year, I only received 3 useless leads: one was just an app test, another was deleted, and one was even from Alberta, while my work is in Toronto. No refund, no accountability, only wasted time and money. Don’t trust their marketing or sales tricks. Avoid them.

SCAM! Clunky interface. Many of the 5-star reviews are fake. The company will give you money back if you give a 5-star review. I had this app for a year and didn't get a single lead. Beware false advertising
