My comment reflects using Gett in Jerusalem August 2026. . App works well. Used my Visa credit card from my bank in the USA. Wait times short for all my rides. Drivers courteous and app takes care of the price. Drop off location was sometimes approximate. I give those couple of drivers the benefit of the doubt because of heavy traffic and inconvenience of one way streets. Crossing the street or going a few doors on foot more sensible than just setting in traffic.

Absolute dog water of an app. Customer service is slow and useless, tons of bugs that cost actual money, for nothing. Situation: lost my wallet in a taxi at night. Trying to get in contact with the driver at least: customer service doesn't answer me until 11AM next day. I was asleep already, so they closed my ticket. Another situation: ordered a taxi, someone took it, and nothing. Can't call the driver, can't see him on the map, waited for an hour, declined the order and was fined. Thanks Gett!

👎🏼 Very bad experience. I will not suggest to anyone. Hell lot of money for just one small ride. First to book 10 pounds then by the meter it was running like a rocket. For 7mile of ride I paid 31+10 for booking. So 41 pounds total. Very bad experience and I checked Uber after it was showing 17-21 max. so I made a mistake using this app. Uber is best at least they are taking charges once and there is no hidden charges. 👎🏼

Be careful, the drivers will overcharge you and lie about how much the ride costs. Gett will do nothing about it, so be careful, your driver will lie and overcharge you, and you will have no choice but to pay and gett will not do anything about it.
