The costs vary so much they are unreliable - cowboy drivers charge excessive rates and there's no recourse.

Installed it this evening. Booked a cab, got charged (about 50% more than the standard hailed black cab rate) and so far 3 cabs accepted then cancelled after a minute. I'm looking forward to a quick refund of the fare...

ETa keeps on going up I ordered a taxi, and it said it would come in 7 minutes. After 5 minutes I was hoping it was nearly here, but ETA went up to 9 minutes. I tried calling the driver, but he said pick up. Very frustrating experience

Deeply disappointing experience. My ride booking vanished from the app with no warning, leading me to believe it had been cancelled. I booked an Uber as a replacement, only for a Gett taxi to then arrive. This cost me a £15 cancellation fee. Gett admitted the fault was on their end, but their only resolution was a £5 voucher — falling well short of covering the £15 loss their own glitch caused me. Poor customer service to match a poor app experience.

Ordered a taxi 24hr in advance. 10 minuted before the agreed upon time I checked the app because I didn't get the "we will be there in 15 minutes SMS" and saw that the ride was canceled without informing me. Basically I was ABANDONED in another town at MIDNIGHT, 14 km from my hotel. Costumer service is a slow bot with template responses.
