★★☆☆☆ Prices differ when you actually go to book. Further, when trying to book a sale price was shown to me and is shown all the way to the page where I actually pay, where the sale price is removed, and full price is charged. This is ridiculous and confusing! They also have a track record of not sending out tickets that have been purchased, meaning you miss your booking and have to battle for a refund! Poor place to book, get your tickets directly from whichever attraction you are visiting.

★★☆☆☆ Online prices in this app are usually twice the amount I'd pay if I were to buy the same experience locally in the dest city. Also, if the real experience is not what's expected the app's refund is dependent on what the operator is willing to refund (10%-20%). The locally bought experience ticket refunds to 100%. I'd still use the app to search and filter list of TODOS in dest city. However, I wouldn't book anything via the app. You can get cheaper deals on the spot (even in peak season).

★★☆☆☆ Customer service is hit or miss. Booked separate reservations to go with someone to a museum that both Google and the museum's automated phone said was CLOSED, so I contacted customer service and asked for a refund and cancelation. The representative LIED and said they confirmed that the museum was closed by talking on the phone with someone from the museum, when in fact the museum was actually open. So my partner and I had to go separately, since other reps would not refund my partner

★★☆☆☆ We booked a tour in that tour the guide left us because the app is showing pickup time different from the email sent by the guide also they have no control on thier guides so if welate by two minutes they won't give us any sou lotion or refund don't book with this company I lost 100 usd on nothing. They just took the money, they seem helpful but when it's about the money no one is being helpful.
