Whiles it was functional, the app was very helpful. The used car duty calculator is no longer functional because that aspect of West Blue's contract has been re-awarded and is now handled by UNITAS through ICUMS, a one-stop information center for all shipping related activities in Ghana. The duty calculator can be accessed from their website.

The system, deployed by Ghana Revenue Authority (GRA), replaces the Ghana Customs Management System GCMS. This means that CNET and West Blue Consulting cease to operate at Ghana's ports from today.1 Jun 2020. (Copied) This means, the people who developed the app are no longer in charge of the ports. West blue consulting has ceased to operate at that ports. (GRA) should have developed it in continuity by getting their ICT division to. (That's my view)
