Guys, your engineering team needs to work better on your ride hailing aspect, how can I book a ride and not being able to cancel it?? For the past 24hrs, different drivers have been calling me asking if I requested a ride. This is really absurd and frustrating. Fix it!!!

Everytime I input my number and get an OTP, that OPT is already expired. And when I dial the short code, it's. The same OPT I receive. I can't even enter the app at this point. Very disappointing
