90% of online drivers and passengers don't know this, uber and yango has introduced motor ride, and I think this is big opportunity for mijo to boost because most drivers on uber and yango don't get enough ride, when even 70% of the driver switch to mijo it will force passengers to switch too and that's a perfect way

★★★★☆ Long Sylvanus · Aug 15, 2026

The app is good makes location finding easy. But for some time now, I can't access locations. It now says error can't get Address code data.

★★★★☆ Emmanuel Otoo · Jul 28, 2026

CURRENTLY, THE APP IS NOT RESPONDING TO THE OTP SHORT CODE WHEN A USER USE THE USSD CODE TO GENERATE THE 4 NUMBERS. THE APP DOES NOT ALSO GIVE THE OTP CODE AFTER THE 5 MINUTES WAITING PERIOD.

★☆☆☆☆ Barry Joseph Wussah · May 8, 2026

Guys, your engineering team needs to work better on your ride hailing aspect, how can I book a ride and not being able to cancel it?? For the past 24hrs, different drivers have been calling me asking if I requested a ride. This is really absurd and frustrating. Fix it!!!

★★☆☆☆ Djornorbuah Francis · Jul 28, 2026

The app is not working the verification code is invalid whenever you request, and it comes the same number whenever you request please I need help to open it which is the Ghana post

★☆☆☆☆ Sesi Gaming · Jul 29, 2026

Currently I can bypass otp cus the code never comes and if you use #ussd code too, that invalid. After update, I can get into the app.
