Great exercises with the slack board! Great instructors. Easy to follow, and they explain the difference between using a board for the exercise vs just doing on the floor. Recommend 100%. Everything seems free once you sign up. You need to buy one of their boards before you can do these, so it's nice that the app is free. 😊

Most videos they don't speak English and just redirect to YouTube. The store just opens the browser where you find out a large portion of the products are only available in Europe. They do not support the sport, not internationally at least because I literally cannot buy what I want because I don't live there. Just Terrible I'll be buying slack line industries as they actually make the products available to the masses.
