I have been with GBT for years, and I have never banked with a better bank than GBT. I love their platform and the GBT app; the app allows me to see my balance all transactions and also lets me know when it's time to change my password and how many days are left to do so. Not only that but the staff always helps me on phone calls with no attitudes or bad feedback. I am so glad I decided to trust GBT with my needs of banking, and I trust this bank to the fullest.

Log in with fingerprint. Not good enough now enter your password. What's even the point of fingerprint if it's not enough to pay a bill. This app is junk.

Never works when I need it, incredibly slow, have to reauthenticate and set up phone number 4 times a month for no reason

It always has to verify to the point you have to re-enter all your information every time you log in. Fingerprint access only lasts a few times to sign in before you cant use it anymore. I have never deleted and redownloaded an app so much in my life to get the app to work.

I'm not sure where they got the phone number from for the 'extra layer of security' but it's certainly not mine nor did I provide that phone number at any time. This is my second time attempting to enroll in GBT online banking and accessing my account. Very disappointed.
