Submit damage photos is great idea but takes too long and never submits. This needs to upload quickly. I've given up after waiting 10 minutes. Great idea, needs fixing. They have great customer service. Reachable easily through chat or phone. One thing, when you book a 1-day rental, keep in mind you only get 100 miles for free. That's not that far. If you take a trip from Oakland to Sacto & back, be prepared to pay $50 for extra mileage. This is one of my only real complaints.

Downloaded. Saw cars are $140 a day in SF. Laughed that this thing charges that much. Extended life. Uninstalled 😃 who the hell is going to give you all their gig earnings to drive your car? You think gig workers are making 60 an hour or something?? Lol Come on back down to reality AAA

Worst experience ever! When I used this service for a full day rental I was driving on the highway and couldn't pick up their call when it was time to renew the rental since I had no Bluetooth device. When I was getting fuel I contacted them, and they renewed the rental for another day no problem. The next day the car was not in the spot where I left it! Contacted them, and they said they had to tow due to me violating the terms of not answering when the time was up and wants to bill me $250 tow!
