Been actively using this app since April 2022 and have gained several new skills in jobs I typically wouldn't be qualified for. This type of work has been fantastic for my mental and physical health, as I only take shifts when I can/want to work.

After the latest update of this app. I was unable to collect rank points. I had to use my old phone that has old version of this app to collect rank points. But after few days, I was unable to see any shifts. I have an issue with seeing shifts. I told Gig hound support many times that why I don't see shifts of Percolator Langley even though I get notifications but don't see any shift. I always keep app open. Gig hound Support didn't take this seriously to solve this issue, totally pathetic support.

The application itself is quite good and functions well for the most part. However, the customer support is extremely disappointing. I’ve tried multiple times to contact them via email, but I’ve never received any response. On top of that, they don’t provide any contact number, which makes it even more frustrating. I need access to some of my documents, and without proper support, it's been a terrible experience. They seriously need to improve their customer service.
