A lot of people complain that it's just the desktop version of gimp and... yeah. it's a desktop app... I'm not sure what you were expecting. I'd honestly be upset if stuff was stripped out/removed

A direct port of gimp onto ypur phone. Takes a bit to get used to, but it works and has the most features and tools of any phone based editor.

Managed to make it work on a Pixel 4a 5G. I guess this is more for a tablet with a bigger screen, as it was rather clumsy to use on such a small screen. Works fine otherwise.

I love Gimp. I've been using the desktop version for over 15 years. I appreciate that an app version is available, but this is so poorly executed. It's literally just an emulation of the desktop software. If you're running on a large tablet it might be okay, but it's completely useless on a phone due to scaling. I can't see the image preview when editing settings, and I can't sélect multiple layers. Overall a waste of time.

Don't purchase unless it's for a tablet. The user interface is the exact same as the desktop application and not user-friendly for a phone.
