Description
THE PACK Gin Rummy is played with a 52 card deck, the wild cards (jokers) are not used. It is best to use two decks, so that while one player deals the cards, the opponent can shuffle the other deck.
RANK OF CARDS The order of the cards, from highest to lowest, is: king (K), queen (Q), jack (J), ten, nine, eight, seven, six, five, four, three, deuce and ace. As for the value of the cards, the figure cards are worth 10 points and the other cards are worth the value indicated by their pips.
OBJECT OF THE GAME Each player uses their hand to form combinations of three or more cards, to get more than the 100 points required to win the game before their opponent does so when played over several hands.
THE DEAL The deck is spread out on the table and each player takes a card. The player who draws the highest card chooses where to sit and deals out ten cards to each player, one by one, leaving the deck with the remaining cards in the center of the table. The top card of the stock deck is placed face up next to it to start the discard pile. In the following games, the player who wins the previous game becomes the dealer.

Large, crisp, detailed graphics. The interface is superb: moving your card a slight amount raises it and creates a shadow which allows you to recognize your choice. Moving that card slightly more will send it to the pile. Smooth and easy. The stockpile is near enough to the left side to easily tap with your thumb. The showdown at the end of hand is well laid out; I wish there was a 'continue' button, so I could study all the cards at leisure. Decent opponents.

I am compelled to uninstall Gin Rummy because I cannot get past the first round. Win or lose, it does not advance to the next round. If I close the app, I lose the previous play. It's a shame because I love this game and don't understand what is going on. Never had this problem before.

I play the game & I always lose because my opponent gets gin after 5 cards all the time! It just can't always happen, but it does all the time. How is this fair?

There's a glitch in the game every time I went to go throw a card they'd pick it up every time I went to go pick a card up I was wrong there's a glitch in it fix it, or I'll take it out of my phone

Can't even start a game for the day without an ad. And you can't get out of them. Plus the ads are for Rummy, when I'm already playing it. How stupid is that?..
