I bought a device from this company, and it did not perform well because of my internet service, and I was hooked up to the middle payment plan and because it did not work for me of the payments I have a learning disability, and they helped me out a lot and setting up my camera, and it wasn't on the cameras fault it was my fault it was my internet if I could give girafit 10 Stars I would anyway if you get this camera know that they have your back

This is a handy dandy app for a handy lil camera, and overall, I find them both to be very useful. My issue is that sometimes, after receiving an activity message, there's no video in the app. I don't have a cloud subscription, but the app works fine 90% of the time.

If you trying to access SD Card there are 2 icons Cloud ☁️ SD/Save File icon, click on playback then look for save icon left and cloud right. If SD card no show or error format, put in phone, tablet format or PC format to FAT32 only. Then back in camera and format. Cloud icon sometimes pops up first scare / trick you into buying cloud almost all camera companies do this lol 😂😆, just click the save icon left side of cloud icon. Crazy can see in dark

I use a micro sd instead of breaking the bank on their cloud service, yet every time I go to play back my alerts they open in the cloud tab, so I have to continuously swap back to the sd tab AND cancel out of the pop-up telling me that I can't use the cloud tab because I'm not subscribed. They are trying to force us to pay by annoying us. It's enough to make me return my device.

Only worked during the 7-day free trial. After they took my money ($100 for a year) it immediately stopped working ironically. Cameras refuse to connect to Wi-Fi at all even after doing the things it said to try to fix it. So far I haven't heard back from them either. I'm pissed. Because I also wasted $70 on just the equipment also.
