I ordered books in July, which were never delivered, and it did not refund amount. Earlier It picked up the call, now there is no incoming call feature, it did not reply to email. Today I messaged on WhatsApp, it did not reply to it also. It is a fraud press!!!!

Login problem in website and app, if I log in with email ID, it says password incorrect, I reset password and login again, it again says password incorrect, and if I log in with my mobile number, it logs in to new account not my existing account, even though my existing account with email I'd has same mobile number. Only way is to log in with Google in the website, but mobile app is not allowing me to log in with Google as well. Nothing happens when I click on Google.
