The best fitness App I've tried so far. I've been following Alice since lockdown and love the way she explains every exercise and the fact that every session includes warm up and cooldown.

I am someone who has always struggled with finding a balance with exercise. After following Alice's workouts on Instagram, I finally found a sustainable structure for my workouts and fell in love with strength training. I absolutely loved her sessions and the energy she brought. The app did not disappoint, all exercises are clearly demonstrated and the on demand monthly challenges provide variety to ensure you don't get bored. Alongside this, there are wide range of delicious recipes to try.

Lots of bugs in the program, skipping supersets, freezing, and then you lose track of how many reps you have done for an exercise. Found the ante-natal class only has workouts for around 4 weeks each trimester; unsure what one is supposed to do the other times. No live classes (shame!) and unfortunately the recipe I tried didn't really taste great. I think the app is immature and needs more fine-tuning and work!

You constantly forget to upload Caroline's workouts. I have emailed you a few times about this and it keeps happening. Second workout of this week is missing again

The app need improvement to justify £16.99 per month. The first 'vegetarian' meal contained Tuna, and others contained salmon etc. There seems to be no way of entering your own meals/macros to the app therefore if you don't choose one of the recipes on the app you would have to use another app alongside. There is no clear guide of how to use the app either, so maybe you can do the above but no explanation how. Warm-ups not included on your day program you have to go to another section.

Very disappointed. I selected the option to show workouts were from home, however in the beginner workouts, lots of exercises use equipment such as leg press machine and cable machine - who has those at home? As others have said the on demand programs are better but the sound quality is poor. The app has great potential, but I won't be continuing my membership at this time.
