Asked me to reset password. When I do, nothing match, please try again. When u try, it says no start from scratch. Meanwhile, trying to do this while trying to follow a Mass because did not get June booklet. Looking for July booklet, nor coming...please use digital. WRONG.

New online subscription is broken They have recently changed their online substitution service to a third party. The databases are not synched, so the subscription that I paid to renew this week hasn't yet been activated in the actual online publication database. Now when I open the app, I only get the cover page and then a blank white screen. This is a shame that they have messed up a beautiful online publication.

The app asked for permission to make and manage phone calls and wouldn't work when I didn't grant that permission. Surely the engineers can find a better way to verify subscriptions. I have a competitor's app installed that doesn't require granting any system privileges.

I paid for a digital subscription, and I can't get it to download. So much for going directly!!
