I used this app for a live event to update the GB live display fundraising meter & contributing donors feed with checks given directly. Most donors wanted to use a specific display name (e.g., "The Doe Family") & not show the amount, but I could only enter the transaction name or anonymous + there was no selection for hiding the amount from public feed. It took about 10 minutes to finish processing/show up on the meter, so too slow for intended purpose.

Absolutely disappointing and alarming as our account we created was canceled as we are a registered 501c3 organization and could not get a satisfactory response to specify other than "We hope you can find the platform that suits your fundraising needs. Sorry for the inconvenience"

YOU HAVE $310 FOR OUR NON-PROFIT THAT I HAVE NEVER RECEIVED! It's been almost a year since I did my first fundraiser here. The funds went to a third party, Stripe Express, and because the debit card I had used for the account had been lost and replaced, the funds were never deposited. I later recovered the lost card and went to Stripe to FINALLY be able to change the card number. My account on Stripe shows a Zero balance because the funds were RETURNED TO GIVE BUTTER WHO SHOWS A BALANCE OF ZERO!
