Actually it's a good app. I used this application to take a bus for women only. Unfortunately the bus for women only is not operating anymore, so I cannot use this app again. Hopefully the regular bus ppd jabodetabek can pay using glad pay in the future. Thank you for your good service.

The app asked for verification through email and sms, but there are no email/sms from them. I can't even see the inside content of this app.

The UX is just abysmal. When ordering the ticket, you should show the departure time of the bus. Otherwise, it's confusing for the user. Either show it when choosing the bus, or just have the user pick the departure time. It shouldn't be that hard. The top-up flow is confusing. Why have the user pick an amount when in reality it's done through manual transfer? Also, why does it not support BI-FAST? This is a good service, with good intentions, but very bad app.
