A good game so far but add more weapons and armor. Create our own gladiator, join clans with other players and do clan wars. Stuff that has pvp in it and more freedom

I want my money! I purchased a coin pack for 5 bucks, and it had an error and cancelled, so I never got my coins. Well they charged me, and it never went back to my card. I want my money! Oh and I can't seem to get a hold of anyone that works there.
