Glean App is an online coaching platform, purpose built from the ground up by personal trainers Sean Casey and Evan Daly. Glean uses a principle based approach and aims to educate users on how weight loss and other areas of fitness actually work.

The main aim of Glean is to empower users by giving them the education and knowledge they need to not only get results but maintain them long term. There’s no quick fixes or empty promises, just evidence based information that actually works.

Glean App works on a monthly subscription basis and this will all grant users access to their own:

Personalised nutrition and workout plan
A data tracker in app to monitor calories, protein, steps, sleep, weight & hydration
100s of macro friendly recipes
Your own meal planner
Exclusive education portal built personally by Sean & Evan
A private community of like minded people
Weekly live calls
Optional follow along workouts
Guest speakers
In personal meet ups and so much more.

All of the above is included for £25 a month, but additionally you have the option to get 1:1 check ins and your own personal coach for messaging support for £99 a month.

A well-designed fitness program with online coaching, tailored workouts and an amazing, supportive community. Definitely not a diet--a change in mindset that nothing is off limits and the tools to be successful. The coaches are top-notch and really work with you to help you reach your goals. The app brings it all together in a seamless fashion with short, well-made videos of exercises in your individual program, a host of recipes, and coach feedback.
