I think the app is easy to navigate, but I wish it would let me do external transfers. I have to go online to do any transfers to other accounts outside of glens falls national.

Mobile deposit is hard to use.not clear what needs to be done then still gives error even once the steps are completed. Update: Giving it a 5 now, seems things are working correctly and have not had any issues.

Both app and bank are one star. From about 500.00 in my account, and multiple failed transfers, they still decided the transfers happened, when my other bank transferred to shows far less after the transfers 'went through' which I asked the bank to not do for me, after putting me on hold for a customer. Actually calling me back way later to where I forgot what I was going to say. The debt of the transaction is far more than the money moved around, and the money moved successfully was way off

I can't log in with my password or fingerprint. I eventually went and changed my password and then tried login right after, and it's still telling me invalid login. Extremely frustrated

Fix the secure messaging. I have kept this app on my phone for years after leaving NY. I transferred my checking account and most of the savings to accounts at a new bank, but recently I wanted to get the rest of my savings. Log into app to only say I have no accounts. Try using secure messaging and it doesn't work. Tried emailing them twice within a week with nothing back. What's the deal gfnb.
