This app leaves jobseekers waiting for opportunities that never materialize. Employers often fail to read the applications submitted to them, even after the vacancy has closed. There should be a notification system to alert employers whenever a new application is received on their account. Btw.this app is good !!

A lot of job scams and companies or business here are violating the law for labor wages and human exploitation.

Applied hundreds, but only a small amount of recruiters ever bothered to see and respond chats coming from candidate. Glints was supposed to be a great platform to make things easier between HR and candidates, especially for the direct chat system, but unfortunately, most of the recruiters never bothered or couldn't care less about this good feature and probably preferred the old-fashioned way. And for you Glints, hope you can encourage more recruiters to respond our application in chat.

- job filters are garbage compared to the web version - notifications don't get split for marketing vs important stuff, so you'd constantly get distasteful marketing notifs - there should be an indicator if I have applied to a company before to avoid applying to 2 different roles from the same company or apply to roles that already rejected me - there is no way to block a company (certain company loves to spam jobs)

Unsatisfied with the app, many companies seem like scams, and the job descriptions are high, but the salaries are low. The fitur chat isn't even helpful; just go to Job street instead.
