GlitchCam: Glitch Video Editor

Turn painted colors into moving effects.
Paint → Pick → Glitch → Share.
GlitchCam is a creator-focused glitch video editor for making bold, surreal clips from your camera or gallery. Paint the area you want to transform, pick its color, choose a glitch effect, fine-tune the motion, and export the result.
Create in a few focused steps:
• Record a new clip with the camera or import a video from your device. • Paint an area, then use the color picker and chroma mask to isolate it. • Keep the effect on a face, person, or selected area. • Browse animated glitch, space, energy, element, and abstract effects. • Switch to Background Glitch to change the world while people stay in the original video. • Adjust intensity, scale, speed, position, flip, edge softness, spill removal, and mask expansion. • Preview the original, mask, and final result while you edit. • Trim the export, control original audio, choose 720p or 1080p, and share your finished video.
Use templates for a faster starting point, or build a custom look from scratch. GlitchCam processes your media on-device and keeps the original aspect ratio during export.
Made for creators who want a distinctive look without a complicated timeline. Make face glitches, chroma-style reveals, background distortions, and colorful motion effects for short-form video, edits, music clips, and experiments.
GlitchCam is an early creator release. Export behavior and effect results can vary with source video, lighting, color similarity, and device performance.
