Can't even get past the login screen. Logging from the site on my computer is fine but the app does nothing when I click connection

It won't open, I typed in my username and password, and it does nothing when I press log in. After a while I got a message in French that I think was saying something went wrong, contact the app developer.

When open the App after installing, it took me to the login page. Entered user ID and password, but nothing happens. Weird App. They must fix it.
