Global Talk+ is a VoIP application developed by Hong Kong Broadband Network Limited (“HKBN”) With Global Talk+ app, you can link your HKBN home telephone number to your mobile device. Using data network or Wi-Fi connection, you can make unlimited free [1][2] calls to HK telephone number even you are abroad, and receive calls from all over the world. To dial international calls, you can use IDD international call service to save your voice roaming charge.
Main features: 1. Pick up home calls even you are away from home to ensure you never miss any important message 2. Use your home telephone number as your caller ID via Global Talk+ 3. Make free [1][2] calls to HK telephone number even you are abroad, and receive calls from all over the world 4. Enjoy the same privileged rate as your home telephone by using IDD 0030 service via Global Talk+ 5. “One-touch Call Home” let you keep contact with family when you are abroad
Remarks: 1. Making outgoing calls to non-Hong Kong phone number will incur IDD long distance calling time and call charges. 2. The call quality or service performance may be affected by the stability of data network or Wi-Fi connection, Wi-Fi is suggested for the best experience. Extra data charges may apply when you are connected via data network instead of Wi-Fi. 3. Each HKBN home telephone number can be linked to one Global Talk+ app. 4. Some network operators may prohibit the use of VoIP functionality over their network and may also impose additional fees, or other charges in connection with VoIP. Subscriber should enquire with his/her network operator in relation to any of such restrictions. 5. HKBN will not guarantee the service performance nor call quality which is affected by the data network. HKBN holds no responsibility for the malfunction of the Service due to any data network connection failure. 6. Global Talk+ can dial to HK emergency number but shall not be able to connect to any overseas emergency numbers or systems, HKBN shall not be liable, whether directly or indirectly, for any responsibilities for any failure, loss, damage, risk, or expense in this relation.

Can only receive call when it is active in the foreground. Once it's running in the background or the screen is off, cannot receive incoming call. It may not be compatible with Android 10.

I am new to Global Talk+ and using Samsung A52. This app continuously resets and disables my HOME button, making my Nova7 launcher dysfunctional. I am very disappointed. Most importantly, they insist not to refund.
