I recently used an eSIM from Global during my trip to Mauritius, and it worked great! The activation was effortless, and I didn’t have to worry about swapping physical SIM cards. Global provided excellent coverage, even in more remote areas like Chagall and Le Morne, and data speeds were consistently fast. I was able to upload photos from stunning locations like Cap Malheureux and Bain Boeuf beach without any issues. The pricing was reasonable

I bought a $20 voice and data plan to use in the US. Upon arrival in the US I couldn't make or receive local calls despite following the instructions for set-up and use closely. Customer service through the chat was useless. It took hours to get a response that was not helpful. Out of frustration I've given up. I cannot recommend this service.

Voice calls don't work. Paid for voice + data plan, only data seems to work. When I try to call a local number in the USA, it tells me the number is not covered by the tariff. Very shady operation

This service does not provide phone services in foreign countries. They only have a VOIP line which you could get elsewhere with any eSim/data connection. I bought an eSim from global for otp texts, and they have no text service. This app is just a holding page for their website and their budget Skype. The eSim connection is not great either, I would recommend Airalo if you want an eSim. I will say that the tech support chat were very good, I had to contact them multiple times.
