very, very annoying app, why this is happening? When I use this app it always asking for 6 diget pin and says... you successfully reset your pin, but it didn't work at all, still canot open. And its very disappointing using time. Pls. Fixed this.... so for now I still giving 1star. And later I'll replace this to other sim card if this still continouos happening.

The internet connection of Globe sucks big time. Frequent disconnections even if in 5G and within Metro Manila 👎💩. And this app, useless. The most unreliable 5G internet connection in the planet. Indeed, a contrary to what they advertised. Will never recommend to anyone.

Cannot log in in the app using my mobile number. It always log out my account and cannot log in again. Have dark mode for Amoled phones. Cannot see info on usage tracking. Data usage does not appear even I have data left.

I'm really disappointed now, I jusy bought globe sim since globe offers many promos. Then I downloaded globe one app, but I cannot buy load using my load balance? What the h*ck? And when I dial *143# I cannot subscribe to the promo I chose even though I have enough load balance? What's wrong?! It's hard to use and so complicated, the other network app is much better than this
